Description

ConsultScroll Vertical Text Scroller is a text scroller that can be used in any web page to scroll text smoothly in the vertical direction. Long lines of text will be automatically wrapped to the next line. The text pauses after each and every line, but the delay can also adjusted. This reads the text to be scrolled from a text file. Other features supported are: manual scrolling/pausing using your mouse, parameter tag syntax checking for easy setup, Mouse-over highlighted URL links, Target parameter for URL links etc.
