phpNewsManager is a PHP/MySQL-driven news manager that will allow you to add, edit, and remove news on your site. It also includes multi-level user access, a user friendly GUI, and easy to customize color settings. Features: You can create user accounts so they can post news, You can define different privilegies for each user, Users can modify or delete his own news and change own profile, and Full administration script, WeeklyPoll, Members management, Public news, Partner list manager, Commenting news, automatically change url into links and change smileys with graphics. 1.30 update: The script has been rewritten for PHP4 and it's also compatible if you have session_global set to off in php.ini. Also includes installer. Better security levels for each administrator.
