Description

This is an internet newsboard, called "BlackBoard". It's a complete bulletin board system like wBB, IPB or vB, only free of charge. It is designed to have a very easy installation and usage, native Jabber IM support, very powerful access rights management based on access rules (ACL). It has full Unicode support, multiple designs and languages, polls, avatars, attachments and all the features one can expect to find here. BlackBoard runs on PHP4/5 and a MySQL database (currently). The code is somewhat object oriented, which should make it easily hackable by other developers.
