PhpTocAim is an useful chat utility using which you would be able to generate web based AIM clients either through the web browser or through flash. Being built with dotBotPHP this program also supports AIM bot creation frame works like games and other recreation features. By connecting through the TOC protocal you can chat with your user groups, send and recieve IM's etc., through this program.
