It offers solutions in four levels as reseller, domain admin, group admin and system administrator. Domain admin has several features like directly controlling the website properties, temporarily activating or deactivating client control panel access, providing network tools etc., Group admin is very similar to domain admin with an extra feature ie- it permits users to virtually maintain several sites using same login. Reseller has all the features of both domain and group admin with few extra features such as providing facility to either lock or unlock clients site, building new sites, displaying total disk space usage and bandwidth usage of the clients etc., Finally System administrator has all the features of the above three and in addition managing IIS metabase backups, importing existing sites into control panel, managing Windows 2000 sever, managing user groups, displaying elaborated server configuration etc.,
