Description
This two way online communication supports text based messaging to contact each other in real time. All product info such as price, requirements, pictures, description etc., can be shown to the customers using seperate windows. Transcript of dialogue can be sent to the customers through email on request. Reports can be made in real time about operator performances including timing, number of customers they attended etc., Through admin area operator session can be controlled. A custom library can contain stored messges, links to support customers instantly.
