Description
This program can be utilized by the webmasters to find a help desk solution on their existing websites. It provides webmasters facilities to manage support ticket, knowledge base, call center and customer access. Webmasters can track the visitors and can have emailing facility. It provides secured service and performs overdue notification. Customers have a password login facility to access from any where to enter tickets, add under a specific category, view the status etc., Admins have rights to view tickets, assign to the tech staffs, modify ticket category, transfering tickets between the tech staffs etc.,
