This program manages the < FORM> elements values, users can get the benefit of this program by letting it to parse with a single element to reduce their work in maintaining the values of the elements. Users need not maintain a data for each element in individual forms. This program saves the form elements as pair 'key value' key stands for name of the elements and value stands for form element value.
