Description

This script is used for sending emails to others. This script stores the informations into a database. It replies custom message to the submitters. Submitters must not leave any field empty, if any field is found empty it will send an error message to the submitters. Users can sort the data. This script supports ten user defined fields, ten custom fields, one secondary contact etc.,
