Casthat is a news aggregator that is desinged on perl language that assists the webmasters to grab RSS and XML news content online from the websites they want to grab and publish them with appropriate links on their news system. To implement this it requires perl with IO::Socket module support. News can be grabbed from any version of RSS file.
