Description
This is a Perl based customer support script which can be used to track the customer requests on your website. It generates unique ticket numbers for each requests and sends the information to the user by email. The user can login on your website and can view the status of their request. The script contains a powerful admin area which controls all areas of the script and has the ability to assign staffs to posted requests, send email to any user at anytime, ability to delete a request and has many other functions.
