Description
@1 Helpdesk is a Perl based help desk system that can be used to create a customer support center on your website. The new features in the latest version includes auto stamping of quote of the day which changes quotes everyday on your help desk section, multiple file upload, enable upload of files with the same file name, host stamping etc. Other features include sorting and ranking of tickets in different order, searching and filtering tickets, assigning ticket numbers, email notification when a new ticket is posted and much more.
