Description
Mailmatic enables the webmasters to implement the survey online with in seconds through a web based form and hyperlinks. This tool permits you to includ any number of questions to be rated along with one to ten options with input scale. Result page shows the average votes and total number of votes made on each poll. You can include either radio buttons or check boxes or text bars to input their own voting suggestions. Form can be used to get the mail id from users by which sending messages to them is possible. Example is given with this script which illustrates the entire script simply.
