Better Error Handling with Mail is fully based on PHP code that informs webmasters about the errors occured with site accessing. The mailing function reduces webmasters tasks in tracing out the errors. Email address is to be given where the errors has to be reported. You can connect the visitor / user to other pages or homepage by giving a link with error displaying page. This module is given with the script page itself and needs PHP4 for implementation.
