Description
The WonderAide LiveHelp is a simple program to chat with your customers online and in real time. The most popular features available in this system allows you to create your own button sets, customer is greeted online with a login message request, customer can send message when the service representative is offline, allows staff to handle multiple chat requests, past chat sessions are recorded for future reference and is entirely web based.
