The Help Center Live is a live customer support system in PHP programming with MySQL database backend. The major feature in this system is that it allows multiple users or operators or departments. Other features include real-time chat sessions, monitoring visitor traffic, initiate chat sessions with customers, operator-to-operator chat, typing notification, email transcripts etc., the system administrator allows to view operator status, view transcripts, generate HTML code for all the departments, generate invisible HTML code, multiple icons per page and muchmore. Apart from these features, the system also offers trouble ticket management and also is easy to customize.
