Description
The PHP Helpdesk is an online customer support system which keeps you informing the list of pending jobs. The features in this system allows you to add, change or delete user details, departments or companies, categories for each department, trouble ticket information, add events that are associated with each ticket. It also allows you to generate reports based on response time, resolution time and associated trouble tickets with each computer ID. You can checkout advanced features in the future versions.
