Description
The IRM is an online customer support system especially created for Information Technology departments and helpdesks. The system keeps records of each computer regarding its hardware and software. Apart from the basic features of the customer support system, it also stores a complete history of all the work requests that have received in the past. The system is written using PHP and MySQL database for easy configuration.
