Link Background Color Changer is a freeware JavaScript, which can change the color of all the links in your web page to a color specified in the script, when engaged by the mouse. The script can be copied onto your page and placed between the < HEAD> and tags of your web page. You can then amend the color to your requirement in the script. The script is compatible only with the Internet Explorer 4 or above.
