Description
SupportMan is a simple ticket based support request tracking script for customer relations. It generates unique ticket numbers for each request and allows administration to assign a support tech to each ticket individually. Some of its features include update requests easily, mail request submitter with the actions taken automatically, mail any user in the system from the admin panel, users can log in to check status of their request, users get an email upon submission of request and many more.
