Image Spotlight Effect Onmouseover is a JavaScript that can integrate any image of your choice onto your web page and implement a spotlight effect over it until the mouse is out of the image area. The spotlight follows the cursor of the mouse and returns to its start position when the mouse is moved out of the image. But this works only with the Internet Explorer. You can customize the position of the image on the web page, the height and width of the image etc.
