Appropriate method of approach: In the New HSL method out of about 125 changes in RGB values 103 of them are met. Which is better because the RGB is a bit too much! Get This - out of about 319 changes to RGB - a mere 23 on average are met in the old HSL method. This is a Much needed Improvement!
